Organisational change in Skarðshlíð
A change to the detailed plan for Skarðshlíðar, Phase 2, has been published. The change involves altering the plots and conditions for residential development in Phase 2 of the area. The proposal is on display at Hafnarfjörður Municipality but can also be accessed online. Comments are requested by 13 February 2017.
Amendment to the detailed plan for Skarðshlíðar, Phase 2 – Hafnarfjörður. The City Council of Hafnarfjörður approved, at its meeting on 21.12.2016, following prior approval by the Planning and Building Committee on 13.12.2016, to advertise a proposal for an amendment to the detailed plan for Skarðshlíðar, which came into effect on 22 July 2013, in accordance with Article 43 of the Planning Act No. 123/2010.
The change consists of altering the plots and conditions for the residential development in the second phase of the area.
The proposal will be on display at the Hafnarfjörður Service Centre, Strandgata 6, and at the Environmental and Planning Service, Norðurhellu 2, from 28.12.2016 to 13.02.2017.

Those who consider themselves to have an interest are given the opportunity to make comments on the amendment, which must be submitted in writing to the Environmental and Planning Services of Hafnarfjörður Municipality no later than 13 February 2017. Those who do not submit objections to the amendment within the specified deadline will be deemed to have consented to it.
