Zoning amendment, expansion of the stormwater basin in Straumsvík
The Planning and Building Committee of Hafnarfjörður approved at its meeting on 26 January 2016 to advertise a proposal for an amended detailed plan, in accordance with the planning drawing by ARKÍS dated 21 January 2016. This concerns an expansion of the area for infiltration trenches. The zoning plan amendment is being advertised in accordance with Article 43, paragraph 1 of the Act No. 123/2010. The proposal will be on display at the Hafnarfjörður Service Centre, Strandgata 8-10, and at the Environmental and Planning Services, Norðurhæð 2, from 07.03.2016 to 11.04.2016.

Those who consider themselves to have an interest are given the opportunity to make comments on the amendment, which must be submitted in writing to the Environmental and Planning Services of Hafnarfjörður Municipality no later than 11 April 2016. Those who do not submit comments on the amendment within the specified deadline will be deemed to have consented to it.
