Planning amendment Eskivellir 11 and 13
The Planning and Building Committee of Hafnarfjörður approved at its meeting on 13.12.2016 to advertise a proposal for a revised detailed plan for Eskivellir 11. The proposals will be on display at the Hafnarfjörður Service Centre and at the Environmental and Planning Services at Norðurhellu 2, from 31 January to 16 March 2017.
Amendment to the Eskivalla 11 and 13, Vellir 5 detailed plan.
The Planning and Building Committee of Hafnarfjörður approved at its meeting on 13 December 2016 to advertise a proposal for an amended detailed plan for Eskivelli 11 in accordance with paragraph 1 of Article 43 of the Planning Act No. 123/2010. The amendment consists of:
- 5.4.1. Multi-unit residential building F1. At Eskivelli 11 there will be one six-storey multi-unit residential building (F1) with 39 flats. The building footprint is angular and will now measure 31.6 m × 42.5 m externally, with a width of 11.3 m–14.5 m, covering 708.5 m². The underground car park has been removed and parking spaces are provided on the site. Otherwise, the previous conditions for the plot apply.
- 5.4.2. Block of flats F2, Eskivellir 13. The underground car park has been removed and parking spaces provided on the site. Otherwise, the previous conditions for the site remain in force.
The proposals will be on display at the Hafnarfjörður Service Centre, Strandgata 6, and at the Environmental and Planning Service, Norðurhellu 2, from 31 January 2017 to 16 March 2017.

Those who consider themselves to have an interest are given the opportunity to make comments on the amendment, which must be submitted in writing to the Environmental and Planning Services of Hafnarfjörður Municipality no later than 16 March 2017. Those who do not submit comments on the amendment within the specified deadline will be deemed to have consented to it.
