Organisational change – Fornubúðir 5
Proposal for an amendment to the detailed plan for Suðurhöfn in Hafnarfjörður – Fornubúðir 5. The amendment permits the construction of an office and service building. Comments must be received by 11 April 2017.
The Hafnarfjörður Town Council, at its meeting on 1 February 2017, approved the advertisement of a zoning plan amendment to the „Zoning Plan for Suðurhöfn in Hafnarfjörður“ for the plot at Fornubúðir 5, in accordance with Section 1. subsection 41.1 of the Planning Act no. 123/2010.
The zoning amendment permits the construction of an office and service building. The changes apply to the plot at 5 Fornubúðir and include, among other things, a change to the maximum building height and type, an extension of the building envelope, an increase in the plot ratio, and permission for the construction of a car park.
The proposal will be on display at the Hafnarfjörður Service Centre, Strandgata 6, and at the Environmental and Planning Service, Norðurhellu 2, from 28 February to 11 April 2017.

Those who consider themselves to have an interest are given the opportunity to make comments on the amendment, which must be submitted in writing to the Environmental and Planning Services of Hafnarfjörður Municipality no later than 11 April 2017. Those who do not submit comments on the amendment within the specified deadline will be deemed to have consented to it.
