and the Hafnarfjörður Building Committee approved at its meeting on 16 May 2017 to advertise
proposal for a revised detailed plan for the plot at Grandatröð 12, in accordance with 1.
Paragraph 43 of the Planning Act no. 123/2010. This concerns an amendment to
Zoning plan for an industrial area on Hvaleyrarhóll in Hafnarfjörður.
The zoning amendment involves the enlargement of the plot's building envelope.

The proposal will be on display
at the Hafnarfjörður Service Centre, Strandgata 6, and at the Environmental and Planning Services
Norðurhellu 2, from 07.07. to 18.08. 2017.

Interested parties are given the opportunity to make comments on the change.
and shall be submitted in writing to the Environmental and Planning Services of the City of Hafnarfjörður,
no later than 18.08.2017. Those who do not make any comments on the change
