Organisational change – Kvistavellir

A change to the detailed plan for Kvistavellir 63 and 65 is now being advertised. The change consists of combining the plots at Kvistavellir 63 and Kvistavellir 65 into a single plot. The construction of a three-unit terraced house will be permitted in place of a semi-detached house. The shape of the building plot is changed, while its size remains almost unchanged. Two additional parking spaces will be provided. The deadline for comments is 1 March.

Organisational
and the Hafnarfjörður Building Council approved
at its meeting on 13.12.2016 to advertise a proposal for a change to the detailed plan for the plots
to Kvistavellir 63 and 65 in accordance with paragraph 1 of Article 43 of the Planning Act No. 123/2010. The amendment
consists of the plots Kvistavellir 63 and Kvistavellir 65 being combined into
