Proposal for an amendment to the detailed plan for the Öldutúnsskóli and the Öldugata nursery school site

The Planning and Building Committee of Hafnarfjörður approved at its meeting on 12 January 2016 to advertise a proposal for an amended detailed plan for the Öldutúnsskóli and the Öldugata nursery school site. The amendment consists of changing the nursery school plot to allow for a residential block for people with disabilities to also be built there. The proposal is being advertised in accordance with Article 42 of Act No. 123/2010. The proposal will be on display at the Hafnarfjörður Service Centre, 8–10 Strandgata, and at the Environmental and Planning Services, 2 Norðurhellu, from 7 March 2016 to 11 April 2016.

Those who consider themselves to have an interest are given the opportunity to make comments on the amendment, which must be submitted in writing to the Environmental and Planning Services of Hafnarfjörður Municipality no later than 11 April 2016. Those who do not submit objections to the amendment within the specified deadline will be deemed to have consented to it.
