Organisational change – Selhella 1
A proposal is announced for a change to the Selhraun North detailed plan for the plot Selhella 1. The change to the detailed plan involves the plot being reduced in size, the utilisation ratio being increased, changes to access and the layout of the car park, and the removal of an open shelter on the plot. Comments must be submitted by 1 May 2017.
Proposal for an amendment to the detailed plan for the northern part of Selhraun, concerning the plot Selhella 1, Hafnarfjörður.
The Planning and Building Committee of Hafnarfjörður approved at its meeting on 06.09.2016 to advertise a proposal for an amended detailed plan for the plot at Selhellur 1, in accordance with section 1 of Article 43 of the Planning Act no. 123/2010. This is a change to the northern Selhraun detailed plan, due to the misaligned junction of Krýsuvíkurvegur and Reykjanesbraut.
The zoning amendment entails a reduction in the plot size, an increase in the plot's utilisation ratio, changes to access and parking arrangements, and the removal of an open shelter on the plot.
The proposal will be on display at the Hafnarfjörður Service Centre, Strandgata 8-10, and at the Environmental and Planning Service, Norðurhellu 2, from 20 March to 1 May 2017.

Those who consider themselves to have an interest are given the opportunity to make comments on the amendment, which must be submitted in writing to the Environmental and Planning Services of Hafnarfjörður Municipality no later than 01.05.2017. Those who do not submit comments on the amendment within the specified deadline will be deemed to have consented to it.
