The 2026 Hafnarfjörður Multicultural Forum will take place at Hafnarborg on 16 April, from 18:00 to 20:30. The forum is a platform where residents, community organisations, businesses and council staff come together to discuss diversity, community participation and how to foster a good society for all.
The aim of the conference is to create a lively and open dialogue about the state of multiculturalism in Hafnarfjörður, the challenges faced by residents of diverse origins, and the opportunities that a diverse society presents. The focus will be on practical solutions, collaboration, and how to build services that are more inclusive for everyone.
The programme will include short presentations, round tables, workshops and discussion groups, where participants will have the opportunity to share their perspectives and contribute. Refreshments will be provided.
