Pastimes for disabled children
Kletturinn offers a wide range of leisure activities for children and young people in Years 5–10 with disabilities or special educational needs. Kletturinn is located in Húsið at 14 Suðurgata. The emphasis is on professional service that creates conditions and an environment to train social skills, communication skills, strengthen self-identity, and promote social participation and activity. We strive to work with each individual's strengths and to meet diverse needs.

The Klettsins' opening hours
Kletturinn is open every weekday from the end of school until 5 p.m. On staff training days or other half-days, Kletturinn is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. On those days, you must apply for extended stay via email. kletturinn@hafnarfjordur.is or by telephone on 565 5100. Closed during the winter holidays.
