Planning change – 4B and 6B Hverfisgata

Proposal for an amendment to the detailed plan for the plots at 4B and 6B Hverfisgata, Hafnarfjörður. 

The Planning and Building Committee of Hafnarfjörður approved at its meeting on 7 February 2017 to advertise a proposal for an amended detailed plan for the plots at Hverfisgata 4B and 6B in accordance with 1. subsection 41. of the Planning Act no. 123/2010. This concerns an amendment to the detailed plan, which was approved on 9 October 2007.

The zoning amendment consists of a change to the plots' boundaries, so that the plot at Hverfisgata 4B is reduced in size and the plot at Hverfisgata 6B is enlarged accordingly. In addition, the building envelope for Hverfisgata 4B is reduced.

The proposal will be on display at the Hafnarfjörður Service Centre, Strandgata 8-10, and at the Environmental and Planning Service, Norðurhellu 2, from 17.02. to 31.03. 2017.

Those who consider themselves to have an interest are given the opportunity to make comments on the amendment, which must be submitted in writing to the Environmental and Planning Services of Hafnarfjörður Municipality no later than 31 March 2017. Those who do not submit comments on the amendment within the specified deadline will be deemed to have consented to it.
