Proposal for an amendment to the local plan for plots 5 and 7 Hellubraut. The amendment consists of allowing a two-storey house to be built on the plot at 5 Hellubraut, instead of a 1.5-storey house, and the plot ratio will be 0.53 instead of 0.45. Otherwise, the existing conditions for the plot will remain in force.

The Planning and Building Committee of Hafnarfjörður approved at its meeting on 28 June 2016 to advertise a proposal for an amendment in accordance with Article 43 of the Planning and Building Act No. 123/2010 and to simultaneously give local notice of the proposal in accordance with Article 44 of the Planning Act no. 123/2010.
The change consists of allowing a two-storey house to be built on the plot at Hellubraut 5, instead of a 1.5-storey house, and the plot ratio will be 0.53 instead of 0.45. In all other respects, the existing conditions for the plot will continue to apply. The existing house and the garage at Hellubraut 7 will be demolished and a new house will be built in their place. The proposal will be on display at the Hafnarfjörður Service Centre, 8-10 Strandgata, and at the Environmental and Planning Services, Norðurhellu 2, from 6 July to 17 August 2016.

Those who consider themselves to have an interest are given the opportunity to make comments on the amendment, which must be submitted in writing to the Environmental and Planning Services of the City of Hafnarfjörður no later than 17 August 2016. Those who do not submit objections to the amendment within the specified period will be deemed to have consented to it.
