Area S33 in the Skarðshlíðar neighbourhood

Change
in the Master Plan Hafnarfjörður 2013-2025 

Municipal Council
Hafnarfjörður approved at its meeting on 08.06.2016, following prior approval
of the Planning and Building Committee on 31 May 2016, that a proposal for an amendment to the general plan
Hafnarfjörður 2013-2025 with regard to area 33 in the Skarðshlíðar neighbourhood, as of today.
19.01.2016, amended 30.05.2016, to be published in accordance with Article 31.
Planning Act No. 123/2010.

The change consists of this
that part of area S33, in the Skarðshlíðar neighbourhood, community services, is changed to
residential area and merges with residential area IB 10. In area S33 community services in
Skarðshlíðar neighbourhood, which was intended for a nursing home, a health centre, a school and
The nursery school will now become a school and nursery. S33 is reduced from 4ha to 3ha and IB 10.
expands from 24 hectares to 25 hectares. The area affected by the change is east of Hádegisskarðs
between Hraunskarðs and Apalskarðs.

to advertise the proposal for an amendment to the Skarðshlíðar detailed plan, which came into force on 31 May 2016.

no later than 02.08.2016. Those who do not make comments on the change within
of the prescribed deadline, are considered to have been accepted.
