Hafnarfjörður Town Council hereby announces a proposal for an amendment to the detailed plan for the premises of the equestrian association Sörli in Hafnarfjörður, in accordance with section 1 of Article 43 of the Planning Act No. 123/2010.
Proposal for an amendment to the detailed plan for the Sörli Riding Club's activities area at Kaldárselsveg
Hafnarfjörður Town Council hereby announces a proposal for an amendment to the detailed plan for the premises of the equestrian association Sörli in Hafnarfjörður, in accordance with section 1 of Article 43 of the Planning Act No. 123/2010.
The proposal provides for an alteration to the building envelope of the riding arena, the addition of plots for smaller stables at Fluguskeið and Kaplaskeið, and changes to plot sizes and house numbers. The schedule of conditions has been updated, and a detailed report has been prepared, including path connections.
The amendment proposal will be on display at the Department of Environment and Planning, Norðurhellu 2, and at the Hafnarfjörður Service Centre, Strandgata 6, from 13 January to 24 February 2020.
