If the application and/or supporting documents are received later, payments for January will be cancelled. Please note: if a certified copy of the 2015 tax return has already been submitted, it is not necessary to submit it again. Only certified copies will be accepted.

Please note that Article 4 of the regulations on housing benefit, No. 118/2003, states. "An application for housing benefit must be made for each calendar year and is valid until the end of the year. An application for housing benefit must be received by the local authority no later than the 16th day of the first payment month. If an application is received later, housing benefit will not be paid for that month.
