From 21 October to 17 December 2014, Capacent Gallup conducted a service survey among residents of municipalities across the country. Hafnarfjörður took part in the survey, and the aim was to assess satisfaction with the services provided by the municipality of Hafnarfjörður.
The findings are currently being presented to the town's committees and councils, and this will be followed by a targeted analysis of where and how improvements can be made.
