The portal is the result of good collaboration between staff from all departments of the town, but its model is based on that of the City of Reykjavík.

A more powerful suggestion portal in development in collaboration with several municipalities.
Although this milestone has been reached, this is only the first version of the feedback portal, as the Municipality of Hafnarfjörður is collaborating with three other municipalities; Reykjavík, Kópavogur and Árborg, on the continued development of the feedback portal with a powerful back-end system and integration with My pages . The project is the first of hopefully many where local authorities join forces to build powerful digital solutions that improve services and the quality of life for residents.
There's nothing left to wait for. Send us a suggestion!
