Five-year-old children decorate the trees in the Christmas village

Cheerful and happy five-year-old nursery children from Smáralundur came to the Christmas Village this Monday morning and decorated the Cuxhaven Christmas tree. Three nurseries are decorating the tree with their specially designed Christmas decorations this year. Each nursery has its own tree in the Christmas Village, which the children decorate.

The Christmas town of Hafnarfjörður upholds beautiful traditions created by grandparents in the run-up to Christmas. One of these is the Christmas decorations made by the oldest nursery school children on Thorsplan. For years, nurseries in Hafnarfjörður have been responsible for decorating the small Christmas trees that adorn the Christmas Village on Thorsplan. The decorations are most welcome and have given the Christmas Village a lovely touch since the very beginning.
