The Municipality of Hafnarfjörður invites tenders for the design and construction of a residential complex for people with disabilities at Smyrlahraun 41A in Hafnarfjörður. This concerns six flats along with staff facilities, totalling 463 m² net. This is a public tender (general tender) as described in Article 2 of the Act on public
Procurement no. 120/2016 (OIL) and clause 1.2.2 of ÍST 30:2012.
The work is to be completed by 11 June 2027.
