Social gathering restrictions from 25 July
The main impact of the gathering restrictions in the Health Minister's new regulation on the town's services is on the swimming pool service.
From Sunday, 25th July, stricter Covid-19 measures will come into effect for three weeks until 13th August. These measures will result in changes to various municipal services, including swimming pools and museums.
- General mass restrictions will be 200 people. Children born in 2016 and later are exempt.
- The general rule for proximity will be 1 metre. Children born in 2016 and later will be exempt.
- Health and fitness centres as well as swimming pools and bathing places may operate at 75% of its maximum permitted capacity. Shared equipment must be disinfected between users. - Sports training and competitions for children and adults Competitions are permitted with and without contact for a maximum of 100 people. The maximum number of spectators is 200, who must be seated. Catering is not permitted at competition venues.
- Collections will be permitted to receive 75% of the maximum permitted number of guests.
