In aerials, students learn to trust their own strength and flexibility, whilst also improving their physical conditioning.
Students learn all sorts of tricks hanging from silks or a lyra (aerial hoop). The basics will be taught, and the classes will progress in line with the students' development.
If a student is new to the school, they should contact the office regarding group selection. The teacher assesses each student and places them in groups according to ability. No prior experience in dance or other sports is necessary to start training, and we welcome everyone.
Students aged 8 and over can add extra tumbling sessions to improve their technical ability, strength and stage presence.
