Zoning amendment
The Hafnarfjörður Town Council, at its meeting on 5 February 2020, approved the advertisement of a proposal for an amendment to the Hleinar to Langeyrarmólar detailed plan, covering the plot at Brúsastaðir II, in accordance with 1. subsection 43.1 of the Planning Act no. 123/2010.
The change consists of defining a building plot measuring 14m x 14m. The plot's utilisation ratio will be 0.5 instead of 0.42. The maximum height of the building will be 7m. All other conditions remain unchanged.
The proposals will be on display at the Hafnarfjörður Customer Service Centre, Strandgata 6, and at the Department of Environment and Planning, Norðurhellu 2, from 19 February to 1 April 2020.

Those who consider themselves to have an interest are given the opportunity to make comments on the amendment, which must be submitted in writing to the Environment and Planning Department of Hafnarfjörður Municipality no later than 1 April 2020.
