Planning change – Breiðhella 18 and 20
Proposal for a change to the detailed plan for the plots at Breiðhellu 18 and 20, Hafnarfjörður. The zoning plan amendment consists of combining the plots at Breiðhellu 18 and 20 into a single plot, increasing the building footprint, raising the maximum height of the buildings, and providing two access points to the plot instead of one. The deadline for comments is 11 April 2017.

The Planning and Building Committee of Hafnarfjörður approved at its meeting on 13 December 2016 to advertise a proposal for an amended detailed plan for the plots at Breiðhellu 18 and 20 in accordance with 1. subsection 43. of the Planning Act no. 123/2010. This is a change to the detailed plan “Hellnahraun 2nd Phase, approved 11.04.2011.
The zoning amendment consists of combining the plots at Breiðhellu 18 and 20 into a single plot, enlarging the building envelope, increasing the maximum height of the buildings, and providing two access points to the plot instead of one.
The proposal will be on display at the Hafnarfjörður Service Centre, Strandgata 8-10, and at the Environmental and Planning Service, Norðurhellu 2, from 28.02. to 11.04. 2017.

Those who consider themselves to have an interest are given the opportunity to make comments on the amendment, which must be submitted in writing to the Environmental and Planning Services of the City of Hafnarfjörður no later than 11 April 2017. Those who do not submit objections to the amendment within the specified deadline will be deemed to have consented to it.
