South Coast Line 2 – Preliminary Assessment Report for Public Consultation

Landsnet has submitted a preliminary assessment report on Suðurnesjalína 2 to the Planning Authority for consideration. The proposal for the aforementioned project and the report on its environmental impact assessment are available for public consultation from 5 June 2019 to 18 July 2019 at Hafnarfjörður Library, the office of the Municipality of Vogar, at the National Library and at the Planning Authority.

The deadline for submitting comments is 18 July 2019.

Everyone has the right to familiarise themselves with the procedure and to submit comments. Comments must be in writing and received no later than 18 July 2019 to the Planning Authority by post or by email to skipulag@skipulag.is  

Please note that an open house will be held as follows:

• 11th June, 5 pm to 7 pm at Álfabergi, Vogar Municipality
• 12th June, 5 pm to 7 pm at Ásvallir in Hafnarfjörður
