Foster families wanted
The Family Service in Hafnarfjörður is looking to recruit foster families for child protection. This involves 1-2 weekends a month, during which the children stay at the foster family's home.
Hafnarfjörður Family Services is looking to recruit foster families for child protection and disability cases, as soon as possible.
The purpose of a support family is to reduce the burden on a child's home, provide children with a change of scenery and support, as well as giving them the opportunity for increased social interaction. This involves 1-2 weekends a month where the children stay with the support family.
Payments to a foster family are contractor payments.
