Only together do we build a model community.

With the implementation of the project Tell us a story The staff of Hafnarfjörður Municipality wish to open a direct dialogue with users of the municipality's services and encourage those who contact us for services and with a message to tell their story and send us suggestions for improvement. The project is based on the Digital Iceland model and its purpose, as previously stated, is to gather both positive and negative stories about the service provided, with the aim of responding, analysing strengths and weaknesses, and resolving the problems that users are experiencing. The project is designed to assist with the prioritisation of processes and technological solutions that promote and ensure better and improved service. In recent years, the Municipality of Hafnarfjörður has placed a strong emphasis on the implementation and execution of projects and initiatives aimed at improving service, the response to general enquiries, and facilitating access to the municipality's services through digital solutions.  We want to make good even better, and we want to do it with your help.
