Tender – construction of a care home
The Municipality of Hafnarfjörður invites tenders from contractors for the construction of a care home at Sólvang in Hafnarfjörður. The project includes the erection of the building, complete with full interior and exterior finishes, as well as site works. The project is to be completed by 28 June 2018.
The Municipality of Hafnarfjörður invites tenders from contractors for the construction of a care home at Sólvang in Hafnarfjörður. The project on offer is the construction of a three-storey care home with a basement beneath part of the building. In addition, there are connecting corridors linking the new building to the existing Sólvang facility. The size of the building is approximately 3,900 m².2.The project includes the construction of the house, complete with full interior and exterior finishing, as well as site works.

The groundworks for the building were put out to tender separately and began some time ago. Tender documents are sold at the Hafnarfjörður Municipal Service Centre, Strandgata 6, at a cost of kr. 5,000. Tenders will be opened at the Environmental and Planning Services of the municipality, Norðurhellu 2, on Tuesday, 28 March 2017, at 11 a.m.
The work must be completed by 31 August 2018.
