Chats with various authors and international Santas are the treats from Hafnarfjörður Library this Christmas. Refreshing events that are fun to take part in.
The big number, All the crafts a date with four authors, will take place on Friday evening, 6th December at 7:30 p.m. Hallgrímur Helgason, Nanna Rögnvaldar, Dagur Hjartarson and Ragnheiður Jónsdóttir will be appearing at this annual Christmas book evening. Literary scholar Hjalti Snær Ægisson will lead the discussion, and the authors will read from their books while the audience can enjoy a glass of red wine.

Christmas is the season of books, and Tuesdays are the time to meet their authors at Hafnarfjörður Library. The writers' harvest festival is approaching, and it's interesting to get an insight into their work.
Don't miss Sunnu Dís Másdóttir on 19 November with her debut novel, Kul. She has previously published a poetry collection and is one of the Swindlers, a group who have produced numerous works. Then, on 26 November, Ófeigur Sigurðsson appears with his seventh novel, Skrípið.
