Who has the best-decorated house? The deadline is today!

The deadline for nominations for the best decorated Christmas house in Hafnarfjörður expires today, but suggestions can be sent to jolathorp@hafnarfjordur.is until and including 15 December.

In November, residents of Hafnarfjörður and friends of the town were encouraged to put on their big festive glasses and submit suggestions for the houses in Hafnarfjörður that stand out for their Christmas decorations this year. The townspeople have certainly taken up the challenge to decorate their homes and brighten the short days, and Christmas is fast approaching. On St. Lucia's Day, prizes will be awarded for the best-decorated houses and the best-decorated street in Hafnarfjörður.

The Culture and Tourism Committee of the City of Hafnarfjörður will be responsible for selecting the best-decorated house.
