– 17 years in a survey about their rights.
Two major projects for children in preparation
The reason for the consultation is that the EU Commission is currently preparing
two major projects for children. On the one hand, a policy on how best to see
for the EU and its member states to defend the rights of children. The policy is aimed at
to ensure that all children get to enjoy all their rights as they are
as described in the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child. The policy will be published at the beginning of the year.
2021. However, this is a project that ensures that all children within the EU have
access to all the services they need to ensure equality
their potential for development and opportunities to achieve their goals and develop
their ability.
The reason for consulting children is that children are experts in
that children are valuable and that their opinions and experiences hold value. It is hoped that through this initiative and request, as many children as possible within Europe can be reached, as well as those who do not live in
EU Member State. It is estimated that participation in the survey will take
approx. 20 – 30 mins.
