The Tech Foundry

The tech lab is the ideal place for aspiring entrepreneurs who are itching to experiment with technology and take their first steps into innovation. If you want to turn your idea into a reality, the tech lab is the ideal place to do it. We have a variety of organised programmes where individuals can experiment with creative pursuits, as well as open sessions for anyone to drop in and create.

In the tech lab, you can find the tools and equipment to work on your ideas. The lab is open to everyone; it's free to come and use one of the fifteen laptops available, chat with the staff, or simply work with a pen and paper. Materials are available on-site to purchase for use. You are also welcome to bring your own materials, in which case you will only need to pay the machine usage fee. The Innovation Centre has two types of 3D printers. The cost of printing is based on the amount of material used; it is advisable to consult a member of staff at the Tech Lab to find out about the differences in printing and turnaround times.

The price list is based on the cost of materials and the hourly rate of the machine used.
