Residents and all interested parties are encouraged to view the proposals. The exhibition is open daily, except on Tuesdays, from 12 pm to 5 pm.
A well-attended meeting about planning proposals for the western part of Hraun was held at Hafnarborg yesterday, where proposals from design groups were presented, among other things. A detailed planning process is planned for a site bounded by Fjarðarhraun, Reykjavíkurvegur and Flatahraun, which has the main objective of densifying the area's built-up area and changing the land use to a mixed residential and commercial area. Hafnarfjörður invited proposals from five planning and design teams for the development of the site, and the detailed planning will be based on these concepts.
