The Lifelapse starts on 5 February – everyone in the national fitness competition

Registration for the Lifshlaupið is in full swing! The Life Run is a health and motivational project by the Icelandic Sports and Olympic Association that appeals to everyone. Its aim is to encourage the nation to follow the recommendations of the Office of the Chief Medical Officer regarding physical activity, whether in leisure time, at work, at school or when choosing a mode of transport.

Registration for Lífshlaupið 2020 is in full swing! We encourage all workplaces, residents and friends of Hafnarfjörður to take part. Let's create a fun and health-promoting atmosphere together in February!

The Lifelapse is a health and motivational project of the Sports and
