The museums in Hafnarfjörður will be closed from 8 October to 19 October due to stricter COVID-19 public health measures.
Museums of Hafnarfjörður; The Hafnarfjörður Folk Museum, the Hafnarfjörður Library and Hafnarborg will be closed from 8 October to 19 October due to stricter public health measures concerning the Covid-19 pandemic, and all events have been postponed or cancelled.
Staff will use the time to focus on the collection, changes and other internal work, and look forward to welcoming visitors again when the collections reopen. Library card expiry dates will be extended by the length of the library's closure, and no fines will be charged on library items during this period.
