Áslandsskóli knows the answer
Do You Know the Answer? is a quiz competition for primary schools in Hafnarfjörður, and the competition is held in a knockout format.
Last Monday, the final of „Do You Know the Answer“ took place at the town cinema. 'Do You Know the Answer' is a quiz competition for the primary schools of Hafnarfjörður, and the competition is a knockout. The schools that took part were: Nú framsýn menntun, Lækjaskóli, Víðistaðaskóli, Hraunvallaskóli, Setbergsskóli, Hvaleyraskóli, Áslandsskóli and Öldutúnsskóli.
The semi-finals featured Hraunvallaskóli vs. Setbergsskóli and Hvaleyraskóli vs. Áslandsskóli, and in the final on Monday, Setbergsskóli and Áslandsskóli competed in a thrilling match.
There were 90-second speed questions, clue questions, bell questions, audio clips and a triathlon.
Needless to say, the Áslandskóli team won with 28 points to Setbergsskóli's 23, and are therefore the winners of Veistu svarið 2022.
Hafnarfjörður congratulates the Áslandsskóli team and thanks all participants for a fantastic competition. It is clear that the young people of Hafnarfjörður are a never-ending source of wisdom.
