The Lifesprint has begun!
The Lifelapse is a health and motivational project by the Icelandic Sports and Olympic Association that appeals to all Icelanders. Its aim is to encourage the nation to follow the Chief Medical Officer's recommendations on physical activity, whether in leisure time, at work, at school, or when choosing a mode of transport.

where everyone can log their activity all year round
As always, the Icelandic Sports and Olympic Association encourages all the nation's people
to take part in the Lifshlaupið and create a fun atmosphere and increase
