Self-service at the website and in the Town Hall lobby
The lobby of Hafnarfjörður Town Hall will be open, where visitors with a scheduled appointment or meeting can register their arrival via a reception screen. Please note that drawings will not be accepted at the service desk during the strike. In emergencies, letters or smaller parcels can be placed in the drop-off box in the lobby, but residents and others are encouraged to use alternative delivery methods. Hafnarfjörður's Suggestion Portal is open, but the strike will affect the response to and processing of feedback. The Service Centre will continue to handle feedback relating to its projects and remit.
