Summer is approaching – air in all the bouncy castles
Every effort was made to get all the bouncy castles in the whole of Hafnarfjörður ready for the weekend, as the sun is shining. All five of the town's bells are now scheduled to be fully inflated from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. every day. Remember, the bouncy castles are for everyone to share, so please behave and have a great time.

Five goats in Hafnarfjörður
Five water slides have been unveiled, rising up ever since the decision by the local authorities in Hafnarfjörður to purchase and install the first one in the spring of 2019. Two new adventure playgrounds are set to be opened in the summer of 2025, one in Hörðuvellir and another in Holt. Currently, adventure playgrounds are located at the following places:
- Playground in Víðistaðatún
- Fun and games in Ola Run's field
- Playground in Setberg
- Playground at Hraunvallaschool
- Playground in Ásland

When can you jump?
The inflatables are open from 9 am to 10 pm every day of the week during the summer, and from 9 am to 6 pm in spring and autumn until the ground freezes and winter sets in. The inflatables are deflated during the frosty months. All „jumpers“ are kindly asked to have a great time, but to do so carefully and in accordance with the rules.
