Thorlak's Mass Procession and Christmas Village
This evening, there will be a Christmas walk in the Christmas Village in Hafnarfjörður. It will start at 19:00 from the new Lækjarskóli and walk to Thorsplani.
This evening, there will be a Christmas walk in the Christmas Village in Hafnarfjörður. It will set off at 19:00 from the new Lækjarskóli and walk to Thorsplan. Yule lads from Hellisgerði will lead the walk. At Thorsplan, a Christmas quartet will welcome the walkers with beautiful singing, and mulled cod and a traditional Icelandic Christmas carol sing-along will take place, in the style of the people of Hafnarfjörður. The Christmas market in the Christmas Houses is open until 21:00, and at 22:00 a concert begins at the Bæjarbíó, where Björgvin Halldórsson will perform Christmas songs with special guests and a band.
