Miðbær Hraun West Zoning Plan
The Planning and Building Committee of Hafnarfjörður approved at its meeting on 31 October 2017 to re-advertise the proposal for the detailed plan for Miðbær Hrauns Vestur, with reference to paragraph 2 of Article 42 of the Planning Act No. 123/2010.
The re-advertisement is based on the comments of the Planning Authority on the justification for the detailed plan, dated 18 September 2015.

The proposals will be on display at the Hafnarfjörður Service Centre, Strandgata 8-10, and at the Environmental and Planning Service, Norðurhellu 2, from 4 April to 16 May 2018. Further information is available from the Environmental and Planning Service.
Those who consider themselves to have an interest are given the opportunity to make comments on the amendment, which must be submitted in writing to the Environmental and Planning Services of the City of Hafnarfjörður no later than 16 May 2018. Those who do not submit comments on the amendment within the specified deadline will be deemed to have consented to it.
