The town's staff compete in golf
The Hafnarfjörður municipal staff golf tournament was held in superb golfing weather on Thursday, 8th August. This year's organising committee included them Gudmundur Ragnar Ólafsson, Ludwig Geirsson and Helena Guðmundsdóttir. Preparations are already underway for the 2025 tournament, which will be held at the same time in mid-August.
The staff golf tournament is here to stay, and a large group is already looking forward to next year's event and planning their winter training. It doesn't hurt that Hafnarfjörður is home to one of the country's finest golf courses.
Congratulations to this year's winners and thanks to the whole group for a fantastic tournament!
