Breiðhella 2-6

Zoning amendment: Hellnahraun Phase 2, Breiðhella 2-6.

At the meeting of the Planning and Building Committee of Hafnarfjörður on 18 June 2019, it was approved to advertise an amendment to the detailed plan for Hellnahraun, Phase 2, which concerns the plots at Breiðhellu 2-6, in accordance with 1. subsection 43.1 of the Planning Act 123/2010.

The changes consist of: The building plots for houses at Breiðhellu 4 and 6 are extended, and a servitude is established for a shared access route for houses no. 2 and 4. A single-way exit is added for the plot at Breiðhellu 6. The ridge height for the houses at Breiðhellu 4 and 6 will be 12.5m instead of 8.5m. The binding building line for the houses is abolished. In all other respects, the previously approved conditions of the plan shall apply.

The proposals will be on display at the Hafnarfjörður Customer Service Centre, Strandgata 6, and at the Environmental and Planning Services, Norðurhellu 2, from 25 July to 5 September 2019.

Those who consider themselves to have an interest are given the opportunity to make comments on the amendment. These should be submitted in writing to the Environmental and Planning Services of Hafnarfjörður Municipality no later than 5 September 2019.
