Strætó's winter timetable for the capital region
On 16 August 2015, a new winter timetable will come into effect in the capital region. The main changes are as follows:

- Routes 2, 5, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 18, 24, 28, and 35 run at a quarter-hour frequency during peak hours.
- Route 1 – A fixed supplementary bus will run at 7:50 from Firði to Hlemmi on weekdays.
- Additional carriages on routes 1 and 6 in the late afternoon on weekdays will start their journey one stop earlier, at the Town Hall, before proceeding to the University of Iceland.
- Route 15 – The bus stop at Reykjavegur in Mosfellsbær will be moved to the end of Reykjavegur.
