The four-team final will take place on 20 February, where Víðistaðaskóli will host Öldutúnsskóli and Lækjarskóli will host Setbergsskóli. This year, nine teams had registered to play, so it was not possible to hold the usual eight-team final. The nine teams were therefore competing for four places in the four-team finals. The competition between the teams was close, the hall was packed with supporters and spectators, and the atmosphere was electric. Árni Stefán Guðjónsson was the quizmaster and questioner.
