Zoning amendment – Selhraun south
The Planning and Building Committee approved, at its meeting on 17 October 2017, an amendment to the detailed plan for Selhrauns Suður, in reference to paragraph 1 of Article 43 of the Planning Act 123/2010.
The Planning and Building Committee approved, at its meeting on 17 October 2017, an amendment to the detailed plan for Selhrauns Suður, in reference to paragraph 1 of Article 43 of the Planning Act 123/2010.
The amendment consists of a revision of the planning scheme's terms regarding the utilisation ratio of individual plots, maximum building volume, the subdivision of individual plots, as well as updating plot sizes and building envelopes to align with the property register. The plan is also being updated to reflect the changes that have been made.
The proposals will be on display at the Hafnarfjörður Customer Service Centre, Strandgata 6, and at the Environmental and Planning Services, Norðurhellu 2, from 6 September to 18 October 2018.

Those who consider themselves to have an interest are given the opportunity to make comments on the amendment, which must be submitted in writing to the Environmental and Planning Services of Hafnarfjörður Municipality no later than 18 October 2018. Those who do not submit comments on the amendment within the specified deadline will be deemed to have consented to it.
