Stapa Lava 11 and Stapa Lava 12

The Planning and Building Committee of Hafnarfjörður approved at its meeting on 3 November 2015 to advertise the proposal for the amendment in accordance with Article 43 of the Planning Act No. 123/2010. The amendment involves the merger of plots 11 and 12 at Stapahraun into a single plot, designated as Stapahraun 11-12. The intended use of the plot is for retail, service, manufacturing and warehousing.  The plot's utilisation factor will be 0.75 without a basement. The buildings on the plot will be single- and two-storey, attached structures. The highest part of the structure will be 10.2 m, which is part of a production building on the plot.

Proposal for a sample

The proposal will be on display at the Hafnarfjörður Service Centre at Strandgata 8-10 and at the Planning and Building Department at Norðurhvoli 2, from 28 December 2015 to 8 February 2016. Further information is available from the Planning and Building Department.

Those who consider themselves to have an interest are given the opportunity to make comments on the amendment, which must be submitted in writing to the Planning and Building Department of Hafnarfjörður Municipality no later than 9 February 2016. Those who do not submit objections to the amendment within the specified deadline will be deemed to have consented to it.
