Organisational change – Hafravellir
A planning application is announced for the subdivision at 13 Hafravellir. The application involves enlarging the plot by two of the four parking spaces located at the south-west corner. The plot will increase by 25 m². Comments must be submitted by 27 February.
Change to the detailed plan for Hafravellir 13, Hafnarfjörður
The Planning and Building Committee of Hafnarfjörður approved at its meeting on 31 August 2015 to advertise a proposal for an amended detailed plan for the plot at Hafravellir 13, in accordance with Article 43 of the Planning Act No. 123/2010.
The amendment consists of extending the plot by two of the four parking spaces located at the south-west corner of Plot No. 13 at Hafravellir. The plot will be extended by 25 m². The precise size of the extension will be shown on the survey plan.
The proposals will be on display at the Hafnarfjörður Service Centre, Strandgata 6, and at the Environmental and Planning Service, Norðurhellu 2, from 13 January 2017 to 27 February 2017.

Those who consider themselves to have an interest are given the opportunity to make comments on the amendment, which must be submitted in writing to the Environmental and Planning Services of Hafnarfjörður Municipality no later than 27.02.2017. Those who do not submit comments on the amendment within the specified deadline will be deemed to have consented to it.
