Go Red tomorrow – let's take part!

February is Heart Month and we are celebrating it. This year's Red Day falls on Friday 3 February. Everyone across the country, big and small, is encouraged to show their support by wearing red to work and/or school tomorrow in support of the project.

Several buildings will be lit up red for the occasion.

The month is divided into four topics:

  • First week: Women and heart disease
  • Week Two: Heart Defects
  • Week Three: Cerebrovascular diseases
  • Week Four: Prevention.

These topics will be discussed in different media.
all month, the organisations behind the campaign will also be introducing themselves and
its activities.

Everyone who takes an active part in the project – active participation includes supporting and raising awareness by wearing red on Red Day – is encouraged to post.
