The planning and design place a strong emphasis on a holistic vision, sustainable planning, a green appearance and varied outdoor spaces. The area is located south and west of Ásfjall and is a sheltered spot surrounded by immense natural beauty. Plots are available for single-family houses, semi-detached houses, terraced houses, duplexes and family homes for individuals and legal entities. Individuals have priority for the allocation of detached and semi-detached house plots. Two or more individuals must apply jointly for plots designated for more than one dwelling. Married and cohabiting couples are considered a single individual.
