Skarðshlíð Phase 2 – repeated
Zoning amendment
The notice regarding the amendment of the planning conditions for Skarðshlíðar 2nd Phase is being reissued.
The Planning and Building Committee of Hafnarfjörður, at its meeting on 26 June 2018, approved amendments, in accordance with paragraph 1 of Article 43 of the Planning Act No. 123/2010, to the conditions of the detailed plan for Skarðshlíðar 2nd Phase.
The changes to the conditions relate to the floor level of the detached house at Hádegisskarð 11 and the semi-detached houses at Hádegisskarð no. 3-5, 7-9 and 13-15. Tolerances from the specified elevation are specified in section 4.2. A change is made to the table in the section
4.3, a provision to utilise the difference in land levels is added in section 4.9 and a provision concerning gutters is added in section 5.1. Altered alignment of the footpath at Hádegisskarð. Otherwise, the conditions remain unchanged. The proposals are on public display at the Hafnarfjörður Service Centre, Strandgata 6, and at the Environmental and Planning Services, Norðurhvoli 2, from 26 November 2018 to 7 January 2019.

Further information is available from the Environmental and Planning Service. Those who consider themselves to have an interest are given the opportunity to make comments on the amendment. These should be submitted in writing to the Environmental and Planning Services of Hafnarfjörður Municipality no later than 7 January 2019.
